With over 6 years in the industry, Aaron has honed his expertise and developed specialized skills in strength and conditioning, weight loss, and muscle gain.

    In addition to his fitness experience and credentials, Aaron also holds Nutrition Certification from SAIT. He recognizes the importance of a balanced diet and understands that tailored nutrition is a vital component in reaching a healthy lifestyle.

    Aside from his passion for fitness, he understands the importance of family, community, and friends. We can not overcome obstacles on our own.

    Hi, my name is Tyler, and fitness has been a huge part of my life for over 15 years. My journey started when I was playing high-level hockey, and the dryland training we did off the ice sparked something in me. I didn’t know it at the time, but that’s where my passion for fitness truly began.

    Fast forward to today, and I’m a competitive powerlifter and someone who lives and breathes all things health and wellness. Along the way, I earned my Personal Training Certificate through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and my Nutrition Diploma through the Elevated Learning Academy. These credentials, combined with my experience, allow me to help others in a way that’s not only challenging and rewarding but also meaningful and enjoyable.

    My goal is to make fitness approachable for everyone—whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or looking to take your performance to the next level. I want you to feel confident, learn something new, and maybe even discover a passion for fitness like I did.
